The information below is from the previous session and is left here so viewers can see the types of things that we
talk about in 1st Place. Please check back later for information pertaining to the upcoming session.
Classes will be on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:50pm.
The 1st place group will be meeting for "12 sessions". In the 1st 2 sessions,
we will go over
the First Place Commitments and the "Live-It" healthly eating plan.
This will be followed by the 10 week bible study in which we will have an overview
& group discussion each week of the previous weeks study. At each of these sessions,
approx 1/3 of the time will be set aside to discuss some aspect of healthy living
based on the schedule shown below (*subject to change); and 2/3 will be devoted to
reviewing the previous weeks bible study. The "last" session
will be a time of celebration, which is normally a meal shared together and details will
be decided upon in the final weeks.
